Michigan AG seeks rehearing of DTE’s Google data center contracts

Attorney General Dana Nessel's office says she filed a petition on Oct. 30 asking the Michigan Public Service Commission to reconsider its approval of DTE's 20-year contracts to serve a Google data center in Van Buren Township. Her petition argues the approval risks shifting costs onto DTE's other customers and asks the commission to tighten the terms or reject the contracts.
